SYNOPSIS
Nine days with the last hand-line fishermen of the Costa Vicentina. No interviews on camera — Senhor Amadeu talks when the fish don’t come, and the film waits with him. Fourteen minutes, most of them before seven in the morning.
Kodak 250D pushed one stop, because the boat leaves in the dark and the light arrives mid-haul. Self-commissioned; Vimeo made it a Staff Pick eleven days after upload.
